Our Story

My husband and I started our business 3 years ago with $1000 and a old recipe book from my grandmother. My mother owned a chocolate manufacturing company in Brisbane and our family all worked together creating a range of popular products. This gave me the passion and drive to start my own company and so the journey began. 

Initially our first product was old English fudge, the kind of fudge you never forget, its sweet crumbly and melts on the tongue.  After numerous applications and rejections we started our first stall at surfers paradise beach markets.
